Zahan Khursigara is a second generation builder, who has not only learned the building process but spent time in the field learning each trade and its involvement in the process. Additionally, he has an intimate knowledge of the planning process, real estate market and green construction practices.
Mayle has worked in the construction industry for the past ten years, developing a strong knowledge base in residential construction while creating best practices, and construction planning optimizations. Additionally Mayle is an accomplished interior designer, a service she brings with her for ZKRE clients.
Ian has worked with Bond Homes and ZKRE since the late 90s when he finished high school and started with the company sweeping floors. Since then Ian has honed his craft, and taken several construction related courses, and directly managed the construction of over 100 homes. His skillset is not however limited to management, as Ian has been known to lead by example and is often wearing his tool belt onsite.
Kosta has been designing houses for since 2009, he started his career in his home country of Russia but has since immigrated to Canada, where he has been a licensed designer since 2017. His designs comprise, functionality, sophistication, and modern elements, however he always conscious that designs must reflect the client.
Thanh’s experience as a business development professional, throughout his career has seen him take on varying roles in different industries. His work in helping companies experience managed growth, is invaluable. Thanh believes while growth is essential, it’s equally important to make sure existing clients and business verticals are not left behind, but nurtured.
Glen has worked with some of Canada’s largest companies including Compass Group, Maple Leaf Foods, and more. Throughout his career he has specialized in Procurement and Project Management. As a senior member of the team he brings a wealth of experience and leadership. Glen is also an accomplished health and safety manager, with several accretions to his name.
Karyn is currently an Architecture Technology student at Mohawk College, with a focus on Accessibility and Integrated Design, as well as commercial and residential estimating. After a car accident in 2005 resulting in her becoming a wheelchair user. Her first-hand experience with the incredible challenges faced by those with physical differences caused her to ultimately pursue becoming an Architect and estimator in order to apply her unique, first hand insight to addressing the many accessibility deficits within the Architectural and Construction industries.
